Io [Ee-oh] is a policy adviser specialising in evidence-based policy design, with a track-record of delivering data-driven insights on accelerating the transition to a fair and just future away from oil and gas production in the UK. Prior to joining Uplift, she worked across climate and energy policy settings at WWF-UK and The Scottish Parliament. Outside of work, her interests include woodworking, birdwatching, and tuning into natural soundscapes.
